Yes. Negila Sene is a GST-registered, DPIIT-recognised and ISO 9001:2015 certified company operating a nationwide products and Member network. Our compliance badges are listed at the top of this page.
Members earn three components — the Activation Bonus (2:1) on every matching pair in the placement tree, a Repurchase Bonus on every 500 points achieved on Left and Right legs, and a Monthly Commission for Members who maintain a minimum of 50 points per month. Earnings come from genuine product sales, never from recruitment alone.
No. Member registration with Negila Sene is free. Branded accessories (caps, T-shirts, stickers, badges) are supplied at company-direct pricing only when a Member voluntarily orders them, and they do not count toward commissions.
products and Member tools can be returned in original, saleable condition within 30 days through your local Stock Point, which also handles the buy-back of unsold inventory. Member disputes are resolved by our internal grievance officer within 90 days.
Yes. Every product is sourced from GMP-standard, verified trusted manufacturers across India and is checked for safety, durability and ingredient authenticity before it reaches a Stock Point or customer.
We comply with the IT Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Personal data of Members, Stock Points and customers is encrypted at rest, never sold to third parties, and used only for order fulfilment, Member tree management and statutory compliance.
